Chef Network Manager:
If you have a passion for food and management then this is the job for you. This is a hybrid sales and operations role. The Chef Network Manager is responsible for overseeing chefs on HUNGRY’s platform. You’ll be responsible for growing our chef network by sharing the HUNGRY story and recruiting chefs for cuisines that are in demand. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure an amazing customer and chef experience.
Primary responsibilities of the Chef Network Manager include but are not limited to:
● New Chef outreach, relationship management, and retention
● Conduct daily calls, emails and in-person visits to prospective and current chefs
● Provide high-touch customer service to all prospective and current Chef’s in your market
● Build brand recognition and credibility with our Chef Network
● Collaborate with our Chef Network to create new menus and gather additional menus from chefs
● Create menu proposals and enter orders with acute attention to detail into HUNGRY’s System
● Ensure order accuracy by verifying that all catering and delivery data is valid and current
● Daily data entry in CRM to track sales activity and goals
● Responsible for achieving goals related to sales growth in a designated territory
● Collaborate with Marketing Department on promotional emails and materials
● Assist Tech Team with creating and designing enhancements and improvements to the website
● Reply to inquiries and inbound leads in a timely manner
Qualifications:
● Minimum of 2 years of catering sales experience in a high-volume sales environment
● Food knowledge required to create menus in collaboration with the chefs in your market
● Demonstrated customer relations experience including direct outreach to establish business
● Experience with prospecting leads, maintaining target lists and conducting high volume outbound calls
● Be able to oversee multiple accounts simultaneously
● Experience creating menus for various catering needs and knowledge of portioning and dietary restrictions
