Job Summary:
The Human Resources Intern will perform administrative duties related to the operations of the human resources office.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist with the hiring and onboarding process
- Handle HR data entry into various HR platforms
- Assist with HR administrative tasks
- Processes required paperwork for new hires, employee transfers, changes in job classification, salary increases, and other related employment matters
- Ensure HR Core Process compliance
- Audit HR compliance, I-9, HR data, reports
- Assist with preparation of human resource reports such as attendance, new hire, and turnover reports
- Performs other related duties as assigned
