JobResponsibilities :
You will beresponsible for ongoing analysis and evaluation of Greater ChinaDistribution and Master Distributor Channel programs.
This includesmonthly reviews of 100% of the GCS Point of Sales data to ensureconformance to contractual Distributor and Master Distributorrequirements.
This position will work very closely with the GCSDistribution team to design sales programs and promotions to ensuresmooth in the business center.
- Thisposition will ensure and maintenance of a compliant GCS MasterDistributor program :
- Documentation andcommunication of GCS Master Distributor Program requirements bothinternally to the Indirect Channel Sales team and to GCSDistribution partners including :
- Requirement andprocess to register SubRSL in Partner Deal Registrationtool
- Definition anddocumentation of penalty process of programnoncompliance
- Requirement by MasterDistributors to report all parties to a transaction onPOS
- Manage SubRSL DDQprocess
- Take ownership of GCS Distributionongoing report requirements wherepossible.
- Leadrandom audits on Point of Sales (POS) to ensure ultimate endcustomer agrees with what is reported.
- Providesupport to GCS Region Channel Manager to solve business problemsand participate in the development of business system or processrecommendations to meet Distribution program requirements.
Thisincludes problem definition evaluation of requirements andimplementation ofsystems / processes.
Flexibility to expand thejob scope & participate in Tool / Process systems planning todefine or upgrade business applications or functional solutionssuch as the Zinfi Deal Registration System and the 360InsightsSPIFF and MDF tool.
This may include work closely with eCommerceprogram to help align GCS Partners with program needs.
This role may involve project managementresponsible for the gathering planning design and build monitoringcontrolling and closure of a project.
This includes monitoringoverall progress & timelines and the effective use ofresources and budget and to provide progress / statusreports.
Manage Change within organization witheffective communication across teams / functions. Keeps managementinformed of progress key issues and changes which may impact thebusiness.
JobRequirements :
- Bachelorsor Masters Degree or University Degree orequivalent
- Minimum of 5 years relevantexperience with typically 9 to 15 years practical experience.Postgraduate and / or certification / license may berequired.
- Proven leadershipskills
- Expertise in conflictresolution
- Analytical and strong organizationalskills with excellent verbal and writtenability
- Solid organizational skills includingattention to detail and multitaskingskills.
- Oracle and OrderManagement business knowledge experience arerequired.
- Able to work well in ateam and independently willing to learn and work hard and leadwhere required
- Ability to multitask and managevarious project elementssimultaneously
- Meticulous discreet professionalattitude and willing to work extrahours
- Experience with Report Writing andBusiness Intelligence tools will be an addedadvantage
