Description
The CSC Customer Service Specialist TSM manages a team of colleagues that will specialize in assisting customers with any general servicing questions they have related to any of their Huntington deposit accounts and/or services. The colleagues will research customer issues/situations in an effort provide first call resolution whenever possible.
In this role, responsibilities include:
- Responsible for managing all aspects of colleague performance, including but not limited to onboarding new colleagues, communication and training of updates, and coaching and development of colleagues for your team and the department
- Support all CSC call types handled by the CSC Customer Service Specialists
- Maintain a "Category of One" culture within your team
- Oversee and assist in resolving complex and escalated customer service issues
- Participate in special departmental projects as assigned by leadership
- Subject Matter Expertise for your team of CSC Customer Service Specialists
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years management experience
- 1 year of Call Center experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrates dependability with attendance history and currently not on any form of Written Warning
- Availability for weekend rotation coverage to support the site (Saturdays and Sundays, mornings and evenings) and potential for holiday rotation to support CSC LOBs
- Inherent patience and ability to encourage and motivate others
- Ability to professionally interact with all levels of the organization
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrate a passion for Service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
