Summary:
Merchant Service Settlement manager is responsible for the management of all activities for a significant function or area. They manage through section supervisors and/or subordinate managers.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Experience with reconciling daily, weekly, & monthly bankcard settlement reports and reserve accounts.
- Establishes strategic plans that are in support of corporate goals and objectives.
- Implements new policies and procedures to make the area more efficient and in compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
- Acts as a liaison with other departments and/or divisions.
- Resolves issues that are strategic, or compliance related.
- Provides directions in the establishment of new policies, procedures and technology.
- Monitors, analyzes and reports on the area productivity to senior management.
- Prepares, monitors, controls and reports on the area's performance.
- Establishes quality of service level for the area.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
This role is a hybrid role. Must be located near a Huntington Bank corporate office
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 8 or more years of experience in merchant acquiring settlement operations.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Master's Degree
