Responsibilities include:
Pharma Marketing Strategy/Organic Business Management
- Direct global client marketing strategy and management.
- Offer pharma-specific insights and launch expertise to drive innovation and validate strategy.
- Collaborate with our internal strategy team to refine ideas and direction.
- Maintain global client strategy, ensuring consistent strategic alignment within the business.
- Represent huumun in long-term client relations.
- Develop and oversee 1-to-3-year strategies for each portfolio.
- Support and manage revenue targets, reporting quarterly.
- Work with project teams for high-quality and consistent delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and digital technologies for client proposals.
- Assist the wider huumun team with client communication and reporting as needed.
- Support the development and delivery of 1-year and 3-year strategy and account plans for your accounts and using these to drive and monitor execution performance on a monthly basis.
- Develop client relationships at all levels.
- Winning new business and follow-up projects based on successful project delivery.
- Expanding into new brands, therapy areas, and geographies within each global account.
- Provide high-level ideation and strategic input to discussions with clients.
- Tailoring project scope and solution proposals - sometimes through client workshops.
- Be accountable to clients and lead the internal team.
- Organize and share monthly and quarterly account plans
- Successful management of team members to meet portfolio goals
- Collaborating with our Project Management team to ensure timely and consistent delivery.
- Act as an Ambassador for Operational Excellence
- Managing project handovers to support winning the next project.
- Contribute to the yearly Forward Planning exercise
Location & travel
- Work from home
- Occasional travel to clients (EU and USA) and huumun UK HQ as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a good mix of the following qualities:
- Superb communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Proven expertise in account strategy, planning, and management.
- Experience with international pharmaceutical, medical, and marketing organizations.
- A scientific or medical background and an understanding of the pharma industry.
- Extensive experience managing international accounts with $1m annual revenues.
- Background in digital/SaaS or similar solution sales/marketing.
- Sales and Marketing leadership with P&L responsibility.
- Experience in an above-country leadership role.
- Expertise in brand planning and strategic execution.
- Confidence and credibility to interact at Board level.
- Enthusiasm for creating high-value deals and selling to key clients.
- Leadership to ensure delivery across a matrix organization.
- Excels in a self-driven, entrepreneurial environment
