A Construction company is seeking a Project Coordinator to support their PM's and Accounting team.
Duties include:
Plan, organize, and direct the activities of a large commercial construction project. This includes all PM support, meeting deadlines for paperwork, and ensuring Accounting is up to date with supporting documents.
Pay applications entry and discrepancy research.
Accounts Payable and Billing for projects.
Qualifications:
At least two years working in Construction project support
Must have entered Pay Applications
Excel- must be able to create a Pivot Table
