Summary
Hyatt Regency Austin is in search of an energetic, service-oriented individual to join our team of Front Office leaders. The Assistant Front Office Manager is an entry-level leader who will assist with oversight of the front office staff, and guest services. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Creating and inputting staff schedules
- Training & development of colleagues
- Payroll
- Cash control for front office agents
- Assistance with VIP guests
- Ensuring customer service/guest satisfaction goals are met
- Ensuring safety practices are in place and being upheld by all team members.
The Assistant Front Office Manager will promote an atmosphere that ensures guest and associate satisfaction. This requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work with guests, other departments and team members effectively and efficiently. Open availability including evenings, weekends and holidays is required for this role.

Qualifications
- 2 years prior hotel leadership experience preferred
- Hotel/Hospitality Degree is an asset
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds.
