The Hyatt Regency Bellevue is excited to recruit for a Breakfast Cook on our Eques Culinary Team!
Start your morning at Eques, the hotel’s award-winning breakfast restaurant, featuring a Pacific Northwest themed menu.
The position is responsible for preparing food items in accordance with recipes and established standards in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding service. Primary focus will be on breakfast & brunch offerings.

Requirements
- Requires good communication skills.
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
- Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills.
- Able to work multiple stations in the kitchen.
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Requires moderate supervision and training.
