This culinary position requires good communication skills as well as Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate pastry skills including baking production, cake decorating, plate presentations basic equipment knowledge and basic recipe conversion skills. This person may be required to give direction in the supervisor's absence. Ability to perform tasks with minimal to no supervision.
Qualifications
- Requires good communication skills.
- 4 years of previous pastry/baking experience
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
- Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate pastry skills.
- Requires moderate supervision and training.
