Food & Beverage Manager responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage to effectively train and develop a team of skilled colleagues to service the facility's beverage outlets
- A ssist with menu planning and offer support to servers and bartenders during peak periods
- Maintain a working knowledge of local laws and company policies as it pertains to facility food & beverage service, and ensure team members are properly trained in responsible alcohol service
- Work with team leaders to creatively enhance the participant experience within beverage outlets through collaboration with facility leaders and outside vendors
- Work closely with Event Planning team to ensure effective scheduling of beverage team members to ensure a seamless F&B experience by all participants
- Ensure staff members follow company policies and procedures
- Monitor and control budgets with a focus on facility beverage cost and inventory control

- A minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in food and beverage leadership, preferably in a similar setting
- Refined oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, participants and business partners
- Established experience as a team leader, with proven ability to strategically install practices to achieve business goals and motivate team members
- Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
- The ideal candidate of this position will possess the ability to adapt to various situations as they arise, display empathy in all interactions with both colleagues and participants, evaluate departmental practices in an effort to continually enhance the participant experience, and encourage collaboration and creativity among team members
