Pump and Well Technician - Road Crew

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Pump Technician to join our team. The Pump Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of pumps in industrial settings.

**Duties:**

- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair pumps and related equipment

- Troubleshoot pump systems to identify issues and implement solutions

- Perform preventative maintenance on pumps to ensure optimal performance

- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records

**Experience:**

- Proven experience as a Pump Technician or similar role

- Proficiency in using construction management software for project tracking

- Knowledge of budgeting principles for cost-effective project management

- Familiarity with construction contracts and managing project timelines

- Experience in construction management practices and procedures

- Ability to work with tools such as Primavera, OSHA regulations, schematics, and blueprints

- Strong supervisory skills to lead a team effectively
