Seeking an experienced office administrator to assist in the management of day to day operations of our growing business. The job responsibilities include answering the phone, scheduling appointments, accounts receivables, ordering supplies, and social media management. The ideal candidate will have experience using Windows MicroSoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, & Publisher) and Intuit QuickBooks. Additional skills with website management, Facebook, and a solid base of general computer knowledge are a plus. Customer service comprises a large role in this position, so strong phone and email skills are essential. Prior experience working for a home service-based business is a bonus. This is a full-time position for Monday through Friday, and approximately 37.5 to 40 hours per week.
