Digital Project Manager
We are searching for a digital project manager to help lead and support our growing digital team. This individual will be responsible for initiating, planning, executing, managing and implementing projects with a digital component. These projects can range including the following: a website, app, online campaign, social media, software, etc. It might be wholly digital (such as a website) or partially digital (such as an offline marketing campaign with an accompanying website).
The DPM works with clients, outside contractors, leaders within their own organization, and the creative and project team to ensure that the project meets its stated goals on time and within budget.

What we'd like you to bring to Hyperquake:
- 3 years experience building digital experiences in an integrated agency or digital design studio, in-house digital team or other relevant experience
- Experience defining a project's scope and planning the activities necessary to achieve its goals
- Estimating workloads, budgets, and developing schedules
- Analyzing risks to the project and dealing with changes in project's scope
- Maintaining, managing, and delegating resources effectively
- Helping both the client and his own organization meet its financial and long-term business goals
- Ensuring that the project meets the quality standards expected by the client and his own organizationHave a keen and experienced sense of design aesthetics and function in digital context
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to learn new systems/processes while working against tight timelines.

- Ability and interest in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Understands and has experience managing digital projects across a range of client and project types
