HYG designs, engineers, manufactures, sells and services a comprehensive line of lift trucks and aftermarket parts marketed globally under the Hyster and Yale brand names. We are one of the global leaders in the Material Handling industry and have been building relationships and partnering with our customers, suppliers, dealers and employees for over 90 years. The Systems Analyst/Developer Will be responsible for the following: Provide support for small and medium projects through knowledge of organization direction, structure, business process and requirements. Assist and when assigned provide leadership in the collection and consolidation of required information and data. Develop functional requirements and test plans. Adheres to project standards and NPMM guidelines, policies and procedures. Proactively carries out project support and administrative duties as assigned. Establishes personal work plans. Able to clearly articulate ideas in both verbal and written form The Systems Analyst/Developer will have the following accountabilities: Maintain existing systems to standards agreed with specific business community using product. Agree and maintain appropriate level of service. Provide development support where appropriate. Business users understand and agree with system’s delivery – solutions, response, and fit. Business Analysis Understand/follow the complete requirements of System Development Life Cycle and assure alignment – definition phase through to proper and complete documentation phase. Enhanced changes to business processes, policies, and information systems are delivered by working as a liaison among business stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements. Provides solution assessment and validation. Required solutions delivered that align with ongoing business strategy. Project Management & Compliance Project leadership using Project Management Methodologies. Pojects/Changes are delivered to business community with satisfactory results. Assist with compliance activities: Understand applicable Regulatory & HYG in order to recommend and deliver leading edge solutions that are in strict alignment with all HYG and Government regulatory requirements.
