What You’ll Do

The Account Executive will be responsible for proactively hunting new business while also working from a populated funnel of per-qualified demos. Through an integrity based, consultative approach, the Account Executive will uncover prospect’s business challenges and align relevant i-Sight solutions to help them achieve better business processes. The position will require some travel throughout the year for client visits and tradeshows. 


Main Responsibilities:

  • Run full cycle deal processes from prospecting new leads to winning new logos
  • Identify business challenges and find gaps in current processes
  • Conduct product demonstrations for prospects via web, telephone, and face to face meetings
  • Navigate complex deals and maintain deal velocity with multiple stakeholders
  • Maintain and update knowledge of i-Sight products and services, as well as sales objectives, strategies, pricing, and implementation of policies and practices
  • Responsible for attaining monthly and quarterly quotas
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with support teams
  • Bring a growth mindset to work everyday

 

Qualifications:

  • Coachable and takes initiative to actively seek ongoing constructive feedback
  • Inquisitive and relentless in understanding the WHY and able to effectively communicate through it
  • Obsessed with being prepared and managing a world-class book of logos with the same level of investment as if it were your own business
  • Strong prioritization skills to execute competing responsibilities
  • Energetic and engaging personality with a positive team player attitude
  • 5 years of experience in software sales with experience selling to Enterprise customers
  • Bonus if experience exists within the Investigations/HR/Compliance space
  • Highly skilled in the art of asking impactful questions and listening
  • Competitive with a track record of winning - Demonstrated ability to create lasting relationships and exceed sales targets
