Job Title: Marketing Manager

Job Overview: As a Marketing Manager at i-Tech Support, you will be responsible for driving lead generation, optimizing marketing channels, enhancing brand visibility, and increasing add-on business with existing customers. You will lead a team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and foster a growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation and Sales Opportunities:
    • Generate the 180-250 MQL leads translating into qualified sales opportunities by coordinating marketing efforts and optimizing resource allocation.
    • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the sales team to ensure alignment and effective targeting.
  2. Cost Efficiency and Metrics:
    • Quantify, track, and decrease marketing Customer Aquisition COsts
    • Establish metrics for each marketing channel tied to revenue generation.
    • Execute tactics to decrease overall marketing cost per lead while allocating budget effectively
    • Increase overall SEO traffic and engagement
  3. Brand Enhancement:
    • Elevate i-Tech Support's brand in the marketplace through achievements such as top rankings on platforms like G2.com and Inc. 5000 list.
    • Create marketing content as needed to support lead generation and brand enhancement efforts.
    • Manage our Social Media channels and find creative ways to engage with existing and prospective clients.
