Job Overview:
As a Marketing Manager at i-Tech Support, you will be responsible for driving lead generation, optimizing marketing channels, enhancing brand visibility, and increasing add-on business with existing customers. You will lead a team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and foster a growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Sales Opportunities:
Generate the 180-250 MQL leads translating into qualified sales opportunities by coordinating marketing efforts and optimizing resource allocation.
Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the sales team to ensure alignment and effective targeting.
Cost Efficiency and Metrics:
Quantify, track, and decrease marketing Customer Aquisition COsts
Establish metrics for each marketing channel tied to revenue generation.
Execute tactics to decrease overall marketing cost per lead while allocating budget effectively
Increase overall SEO traffic and engagement
Brand Enhancement:
Elevate i-Tech Support's brand in the marketplace through achievements such as top rankings on platforms like G2.com and Inc. 5000 list.
Create marketing content as needed to support lead generation and brand enhancement efforts.
Manage our Social Media channels and find creative ways to engage with existing and prospective clients.
