A strong, value centered, manufacturing company whose focus is on quality and excellence, is for a searching for a brilliant, organized, strategic, tactical, HR Director. This growing company seeks an experienced, forward thinking, HR Director to move the company successfully forward.
This position will be responsible for:
1) Full cycle talent management; From working with managers to determine their staffing needs, to working with the executive level to budget for upcoming positions, posting, establishing the process for setting up interviews, getting top candidates in front of hiring managers, overseeing interview process, facilitate job offers, onboarding, and training and development.
2) Designing compensation ranges for each position
3) Designing and selecting benefits
4) Educating employees on benefit options
5) Managing annual Benefits Open Enrollment
6) Oversee running of payroll
7) Establish and communicate processes and policies
8) Keeps up to date and is knowledgeable on all local, State and Federal employment and benefit regulations
9) Continues to develop the compassionate and human centered culture of the organization
10) Input on selection, design and implementation of HRIS system
11) Reports data impacting staffing, compensation, benefits and HR costs to senior and executive level management team
12) Supervises HR Staff
13) Training and Development
14) Other duties as it impacts the HR functions of the organization
Qualifications:
· 5-8 years of previous HR Leadership experience
· Minimum 2 years of Manufacturing experience
· Minimum 2 years of post-secondary education
· 2-5 years of training and development experience
· 2-3 years of company wide benefits design and implementation experience
· Demonstrated attention to detail and analysis of data and decisions based on data
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
· Previous food manufacturing experience
· Embraces technology
· PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP certification
· Bilingual English/Spanish
