Job Summary
The QC Reindex Clerk is responsible for ensuring all Quality Control documents are indexed accurately and on a timely basis.
Job Description :
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Learn and identify all Quality Control documents to ensure all are indexed accurately and on a timely basis
- Adhere to all bank and job-related policies and procedures including production standards and deadlines
- Handle all routing of documents on a timely manner and be able to identify priority items and handle them with urgency
- Maintain confidentiality of bank records, documents and electronic information according to GLBA and IBC policy
- Ensure that the designated indexing queues are cleared daily to avoid any unnecessary delays in service to the customers and branches
- Be able to adapt easily to a dynamic work environment and be a self-starter
- Participate in the banks various programs for generating ideas and feedback to management
- Perform other related duties as directed by management
- Assist with on the job training of employees and cross train into other immediate areas of the job for continued growth in responsibilities
- Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service working experience
