What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dietary / Food Service Worker relief position at IBERIA MEDICAL CENTER?
We have an opportunity for a dietary / food service worker to join our award-winning, family-oriented, community hospital on a relief basis. Working shifts are 4:30am to 01:30pm or 10:30am to 07:00pm.
The following education, license and skills allow you to be considered:
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.
• One year of health care food preparation preferred.
• Culinary certificate or equivalent preferred.
• Basic food preparation skills required.

• Prepare various patient food items using recipes from the summary sheet.
• Assemble trays and deliver to patient rooms.
• Have positive interactions with patients, family members, visitors, and guests.
