IBEX Roof is hiring for a Marketing Director to help push our company to the next level. We have maintained strong growth and have aggressive future goals. We have a great marketing team in place that needs a strong leader and manager to take us to the next level. Duties include:
Role Duties:
- Aggressively grow the marketing department and take market share.
- Make sure marketing team is hitting numbers
- Hire, Train, Manage, and Terminate team members as needed to hit numbers
- Make daily and weekly marketing decisions that affect the outcome of the company
- Align marketing strategy with company goals and adjust

Job Requirements:
- 4 years experience in marketing or management
- Experience with hiring, managing, training, and terminating employees
- Ownership of results
- Knowledge of marketing- digital, print, face to face

Pay: $78,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
