Job Description
We are seeking a passionate, guest-focused Night Manager, to join the Front Office Leadership team.
As a Night Manager at Ibis Sydney Airport, you will lead and supervise the Front Office Department's operational functions throughout the night.
- Lead and supervise night shifts, ensuring safety, security, and a seamless guest experience.
- Cross check and balance work completed during the day for all outlets on shift
- Prepare reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Manage overnight reservations and check-ins, providing efficient and friendly service.
- Maintain responsibility for the overall auditing and administration function of the night team.
- Generate reports for management, offering valuable insights into daily hotel operations
The successful candidate must have the ability to build Human Connections, and lead from the Heart.
- Experience in Hotel Front Office or similar role.
- Ability to work night shifts (11pm-7:30am) across a rotating roster including weekend work and public holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred experience using Opera Cloud
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
