Your Role and Responsibilities
An experienced manager tasked with ensuring that the offering meets IBM internal and external security and compliance requirements to adhere to ITSS, ISO 27k, SOC2 Type 2, PCI, HIPAA and FedRAMP requirements.
In this role you will:
- Communicate the requirements
- Ensure activities are completed on time and work with the auditors to maintain yearly certification extensions and meet new certifications as required
- Be responsible for meeting privacy requirements and informing the service stakeholders of upcoming changings and how to meet them
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 3 years management experience
- 1 year managing cross functional team
- 1 year experience with industry certifications (any combination of ISO, SOC2 Type 2, PCI, HIPAA or FedRAMP.)
- 1 year experience working with auditors to obtain external certifications
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- 1 year project management experience
- 1 year ITSS experience
- Awareness of privacy regulations
