Your Role and Responsibilities
The Deputy Test Lead will be responsible for managing a team of testers in supporting lower environment testing within the VICCS Intelligent Automation Platform (IAP).
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- At least 10 years of hands-on testing and test planning experience including identifying and authoring tests from requirements, identification of pre-requisites to running a test, running a test and succinctly logging results and/or associated defects
- 5 years of experience leading testing teams
- At least 6 years of familiarity with leveraging Jira/Confluence for tracking bugs and remediation
- Familiarity with RPA, AI, and OCR
- At least 4 years of familiarity with cognitive, automation, and related emerging technologies and techniques
- Broad-based general technology ecosystem and industry understanding
- Ability to understand and communicate the results of testing
- Familiar with business designs: business models, functions, processes, job roles and customer interactions as well as how they are impacted by digitization, AI/automation and emerging technologies/techniques
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- At least 2-years of experience with Public Sector Clients (US Federal, Higher Education, State and Local Governments)
- General knowledge and experience with leading automation software products
