Your Role and Responsibilities
Designer is a key member of the marketing creative team and responsible for designing, developing, and modifying marketing assets to be placed across a full spectrum of media - apps, social, video, experiential content - with a focus on The Weather Channel Subscription business. Successful candidates for this position will join the team in our Atlanta, GA (Brookhaven) office.

· Collaborate with Product Marketers, Stakeholders and other team members to understand strategy
· Utilize the tools and technologies being used by product team as necessary
· Understand and apply The Weather Channel and/or IBM branding design standards
· Maintain relationship and work in concert with trusted stakeholders, vendors, partners
· Work with PM/Producer to keep on track with the prioritization, project plan, timeline.
· Embrace and employ data-driven, creative decision making
· Work with UI Developers to provide wireframes, graphics, audio, video and other UI elements
· Innovate and develop a growth mindset

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· 5 years experience in graphic design either with in-house or agency creative team.
· Expert level usage of Adobe Creative Cloud Applications or similar graphics applications.
· Deep technical graphic design and typography skills.
· Deep understanding of branding and implementing style guides to various types of media.
· Deep experience designing persuasive advertising and B2B and B2C marketing creative
· Must deliver media deliverables to spec and technical requirements.
· Ability to take rough technical information and make it understandable and well presented.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Good understanding of Agile methodology
- Experience with motion design including animation and video and related software
