Your Role and Responsibilities
UM position is within the FISCAM compliance team. The UM SME will leverage audit and SAP user management skills to facilitate Financial Sensitivity & Segregation of Duties (SOD) risk review of new and updated transactions & roles. Tasks include requirements gathering, analysis, documentation. Demonstrated expertise in conducting audits, documenting internal controls, and providing support for SAP audit requirements. Communicates with business stakeholders to understand requirements and potential risks. Utilizes SAP GRC and Pathlock Access Violation Management tooling. Shares UM expertise with the greater FISCAM team and FISCAM team members performing privilege access monitoring. Functions as a technical expert across multiple assignments.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Seven (7) or more years of SAP experience.
- Thorough knowledge in SAP Infrastructure, with emphasis on Roles Security, role design, role authorizations.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an SAP environment supporting User Access Requirements, User Provisioning, SAP Roles development, and SAP Roles Management including the use of SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) suite.
- Experience conducting or supporting audits, evaluating transactions for financial sensitivities and SOD risks, documenting internal controls, and providing support for SAP audit requirements.
- Knowledge of FISCAM controls governing access controls and segregation of duties.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or four (4) years related experience.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• Focus on customer service and responsiveness, with sound customer handling skills
• Federal experience required (DoD experience preferred)
