Overview
iCalidus is seeking a Web Developer to develop, administer, and maintain various web sites. Web support is needed to enhance existing public and internal sites. In addition to developing new applications that utilize standards and technologies.
Qualifications
B.S. degree in Computer Science, similar fields such as Engineering, or Mathematics. Advanced graduate degree is preferred.
Experience two or more operating systems.
Experience with client/server programming.
Experience with browsers such as Mozilla, Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Edge, and Apple Safari.
Fluent with Web Server Administration, Apache HTTP Server, Jakarta/Tomcat, HTML, XML, and web development administration.
Familiarity with source configuration management/source management.
Familiarity with Web Development and CMS tools such as Node.js, Angular, React, Drupal, WordPress, Dreamweaver, Percussion, CSS, and PHP.
Familarity with accessibility compliance design such as Section 508 , Web Content Accessibilty Guidelines, and mobile-friendly design.
Demonstrated ability to write clear, correct, complete, and understandable reports and documentation.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
Experience in a research and development (R&D) environment with demonstrated ability to analyze problems and propose multiple solutions.
