Position: Maintenance Technician
ICG has an opening for a part time highly skilled maintenance person. We are in need of a qualified individual to assist in maintaining our equipment and facilities. Employee must be able to work on their own with others to motivate and perform job duties resulting in a highly productive manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical and mechanical background and desire to be part of dynamic team.
Job Specifications:
Troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance on a variety of automated woodworking and lamination machinery that would include PLC, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
Reading and interpreting schematics
Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions of the specific trades.
Ability to work from oral and written instruction, from simple diagrams and sketches.
Skill in using a variety of standard hand tools, machines, power equipment and test equipment.
As the safety coordinator, understand OSHA requirements.
Complete required paperwork and input necessary information for record keeping.
Ensure personal work station and equipment is well maintained and used in a clean and safe manner.
Follow safety practices, policies and procedures.
Must be able to lift 50lbs on a daily basis.
Provide positive and professional service to customers.
Grounds keeping and Building Maintenance.
Coordinate maintenance on vehicles to ensure they are serviced on time.
Work on production floor as needed.
