Ideal candidate will be creating PPT presentations and Webex communications around Employee Engagement items.
Ideally would have a degree in Journalism.
Experience in driving communication and business acumen and ability to deal with high level exec team members as well as various additional business groups and levels.
Focus here is on having exceptional communication skills and experience in communications strategy.
Communication Specialist supporting Sandeep Saini left the company and need to find replacement for the position.
Position Summary
Responsible for the end-to-end accountability and execution of all employee communications and engagement activities within a large department.
Develop high-level standards to use across the employee engagement space, ensuring results are measurable and key deadlines are met.
Candidate should be highly organized and have the ability to multi-task.
Will need excellent communication skills and have the ability to negotiate and work with all levels of employees, including executive leadership.
This role will proactively work with varying degrees of the organization to produce and deliver a high standard of quality on program materials, process execution and communications.

Prior communication writing experience
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and WebEx
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; ability to articulate complex concepts into simple terms and effectively interact with all levels of the organization
Virtual event execution (logistics, presentation material, speaker preparation, etc.)
High level of attention to detail with a proven ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities
Ability to work with and influence executive leadership and key partners to identify areas of opportunity and corresponding action plans focused on improvement of the employee experience
