What are the responsibilities and job description for the Compliance Records Analyst position at ICONMA?
- Review corrosion records and procedures as part of the Task-Equipment Matrix (TEMS) project for pipeline integrity department (TEMS is designed to determine all facilities along the pipeline and inside of facilities and then verify that the appropriate tasks, tests, surveys and inspections are in place and being performed as required by law).
- review records in preparation for Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) audits and inspections.
- The process touches or uses the corrosion database, the maintenance control system, MARRS, PIPE, Nvision, engineering records, mapping, etc.
- Communication with field operations and Omaha will be required.
- Other research and analytical duties as assigned by pipeline safety.
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience preferred.
- 5 years of relevant experience in Compliance and Corrosion
- Must be NACE certified and familiar with basic operating principles of natural gas transmission facilities; strong computer skills and prior experience in corrosion control systems; excellent communications skills.
