Looking for Sr Data Analysts who has strong experience with SQL, ETL and BI Tools
Data Analyst III – 3 Positions
Location: MI / Remote
Duration: 12-13 months with possible contract to hire
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience:
Strong analytical, planning, problem solving, verbal, and written skills to communicate complex ideas.
Intermediate SQL Server/Transact SQL Excel Macros/VBA, Azure Synapse WorkSpace, ETL Pipeline, DataGateway, and any BI reporting software (Tableau, Power BI, SAS, Python, etc.) skills.
Ability to understand complex data structures and business rule implementations
Required Skills/Experience:
Require a team player with a strong positive drive
Self-drive.
Can deliver within a macro management environment
Strong knowledge and use of existing software packages (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
Ability to work independently, within a team environment, and communicate effectively with employees and clients at all levels.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Experience in healthcare is preferred
Medical claims, provider, membership data experience.
Medicare and/or ACA data experience
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Health Care, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
Relevant combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Description:
Dept. PS-Data Analyst III
Work closely with customers, vendors, business analysts and application development project teams to resolve information flow and content issues.
When data related system problems occur, they perform root-cause analysis and recommend or execute corrective action.
Work Complexity:
Works on multiple projects/issues/enhancements.
Works on complex enterprise-wide projects/issues/enhancements.
Summary:
The Analyst is responsible for learning, understanding, and executing the delivery of work for our internal and external customers.
Responsibilities/Tasks:
Executing and monitoring production data and data exchange related processes timely and conscientiously.
Effectively supports projects/teams to produce desired results.
Responsible for communication of results and/or issues per team standards.
Assists with implementing standard policies and procedures for providing routine service.
Assures that corporate compliance is communicated, implemented, and monitored on an ongoing basis.
Initiates troubleshooting and/or appropriate notification of issues timely.
Monitors status of normal production processes as well as progress of issue resolutions
Shifts focus between clients and/or processes throughout the day to meet production needs.
Balances incoming requests with previously scheduled work.
Assists personnel, both internal and external, by answering questions and supplying information
Develops and maintains an effective working relationship with internal and external customers.
