What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Manager III position at ICONMA?
Overall Responsibilities:

Oversee Client’s onboarding experience including coordinating New Hire Orientation and continuously evaluating and improving the experience to increase productivity across Client
Develop and manage other key talent and learning programs as needed, including but not limited to our internship program, internal mobility, mentorship, and career development
Support the design and content creation of Client trainings and respective communications/newsletters
Collaborate with stakeholders within PACT team (HRBPs, PeopleOps, Total Rewards) and those outside of the PACT team (Legal, Quality, Regulatory) to obtain feedback, vet ideas and enhance programs
Partner closely with the business, cross-functional leaders and PACT leadership to identify operational needs and talent gaps to improve current talent programs or design, build, implement, and evaluate new programs and processes.
Continuously evaluate, adapt, report, and improve on effectiveness of programs within Talent Management space, ensuring alignment with business needs and helping Client achieve its goals

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
(All skills, both technical and soft, required to be successful in the role)
Minimum Qualifications: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. 6 years of work experience in managing HR, Learning & Development and/or Talent Management programs. Proven program management skills and ability to collaborate and manage multiple stakeholders, with a bias for action and strong execution and attention to detail. Experience in identifying issues in complex processes and defining solutions with a deeply analytical approach and employee experience in mind. Ability to wear multiple hats - you are strategic and hands on. Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong written and oral communications and presentation development, especially demonstrated ability to present to leadership teams Ability to prioritize effectively across competing demands and maintain responsiveness, business focus, integrity, and sound judgment. Demonstrated ability to rapidly understand key levers, prioritize effectively, work independently and organize self effectively. Experience in leading and facilitating training sessions. Experience in developing a curriculum and/or learning paths for employees. Experience using Workday.
