Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team of Recruiters in the High Desert, California. As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in leading our sales efforts, driving team performance, and expanding our presence in the local and national markets. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow market share and expand client relationships nationwide.
- Foster a results-driven culture, providing coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities for the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, operations) to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to refine strategies and improve performance.
- Drive new business development and expand existing accounts in the local and national market.
- Report on team performance and key metrics to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales management, ideally with 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Experience in managing a sales team, with strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the manufacturing, industrial, mining, cement industries is a plus.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales performance tools.
- Ability to travel locally and nationally, as needed, to meet clients, attend conferences and manage sales activities.
