ICRON Technologies is expanding rapidly, and we are on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager who will focus on acquiring new customers.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the supply chain planning sector and experience working with software solutions provided by companies like Kinaxis, OMP, Blue Yonder, Adexa, SAP, or Oracle. Additionally, experience with enterprise manufacturing companies as customers and prospects is highly desirable. This role involves driving sales growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve new customer acquisition targets in the DUTCH market.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and market research.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
· Understand customer needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions.
· Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our supply chain planning solutions.
· Negotiate and finalize contracts in alignment with company policies and financial targets.
· Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market demands and product capabilities.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
· Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
· Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our solutions.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
· Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales within the supply chain planning software industry.
· Strong knowledge of supply chain planning processes and software solutions from competitors like Kinaxis, OMP, Blue Yonder, Adexa, SAP, or Oracle.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with a focus on new customer acquisition.
· Experience working with enterprise manufacturing companies as customers and prospects.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Fluency in German and English is required.
