Wellness Sales Associate

Our busy wellness studio needs someone with excellent customer service skills to develop relationships with prospects that lead to happy and satisfied center members. Our ideal candidate has an understanding of our products and services, including general exercise equipment and wellness programs, along with the ability to prospect leads through telemarketing, cold calling, walk-ins, and member referrals. $30,000 - $40,000 yearly yearly

• Organize and manage promotion initiatives both inside and outside the studio
• Prospect leads by doing a variety of actions, such as calling, texting, or emailing potential members, and chatting with them at local events or during studio walk-ins
• Welcome visitors and members to the studio, answer phones. and assist the front desk with various administrative tasks
• Provide excellent customer service to resolve the problems of members in an impartial and professional way
• Retain long-term clients and expand the studio's member base through sales, onboarding new members, and providing great customer service

• Possess excellent computer skills, especially MS Office - Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
• Preferred candidates will have 1 or more years of experience in sales or a similar related role
• Outstanding organizational skills and time management
• Previous customer service experience required for this position
• Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent
