Bilingual IV Infusion Registered Nurse

Services include whole-body cryotherapy, iV Infusion / Vitamin Shots, Infrared Sauna, Body Sculpting, Compression Therapy, Soothe sessions and PBM.

Position Overview : The iV Infusion Nurse administers a variety of services within the center. We are looking for a hands-on Intravenous Therapist (I.e., RN) who will be responsible for the administration of iV infusion therapy and iM Shots for our guests, – as well as conducting sales for both new and current guests.

This position is responsible for medical services, Lifestyle services, Body Sculpting and service sales. You must possess thorough, comprehensive knowledge of all our services as well as safety protocols. You will use that knowledge to educate new guests while providing center tours to everyone and selling products and services. You will also perform all services in the center. Previous sales experience is a plus.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively explain the products and services to guests while using this information to sell lifestyle passes. This position requires an individual to be able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced work environment while creating an inviting atmosphere for your guests. The ideal applicant must be detail-oriented, engaging, energetic, knowledgeable, resourceful, and eager to make sales to help grow with our business.

Your salary will be based on an hourly wage plus additional income will be heavily dependent on a commission. Monthly commission is 5% of Gross Personal Sales. (Avg. FT Sales is around $15,000 - $30,000 Monthly.)

Medical Knowledge

• Current and Valid State of Kansas Registered Nursing License
• CPR/AED Certified

Essential Functions: We're a fun bunch, but details and experience count...

• Understand, educate and perform all services (i.e., Whole Body Cryotherapy, Infrared Saunas, Red Light Bed, Neveskin Body Sculpting, Compression Therapy, Ozone UV IV Therapy, NAD Therapy, Body Composition SECA)
• Educate guests on the benefits of all our services.
• Practice and promote safety when performing services.
• Promote lifestyle passes (memberships) and other services and products.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the center at all times.
• Maintain and increase knowledge of the uses of cryotherapy as well as the benefits.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed.
• Assist in all areas of center operations as requested by management.
• Daily laundry of  iCRYO required clothing provided for guest use while at the center.
• General center cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and dressing rooms as needed.
• Team work and Sharing Commissions is mandatory.

• Employee is required to sit, stand, walk, use hands, feel objects, use tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, crouch, and kneel.
• Employee is required to stand while performing some body sculpting procedures.
• Employee must regularly lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds.
