Lead Instructor

Illinois Cannabis Training Center is a mission-driven organization determined to increase access to opportunities in the cannabis industry through high-quality, creative learning experiences. Our one-of-a-kind courses and programs are designed to help individuals launch new careers in cannabis and assist industry professionals to build new skills. This role will execute all ICTC programs, assist with managing IT infrastructure, and assist with all aspects of customer success and satisfaction.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist with overseeing existing programs including training schedule, instructors and curriculum
• Maintain Information Technology and program technology stack
• Responsible for customer success and satisfaction
• Instructor support, new instructor training
• Execute upon all program checklists and optimize processes
• Travel to and from all training locations across the state of Illinois
• Serve as Lead Instructor for all ICTC courses
• Execute on other priorities assigned from CEO and leadership team

Relevant Experience

• Experience with teaching, facilitation, and coaching
• Customer service experience
• Experience leading teams, growing departments, and supporting team members
• Experience within the cannabis industry and/or dispensary
• Plus if you have the following:Bilingual / Multilingual

Location: Bellwood, IL, Training Locations (across State of Illinois)

Salary: $15.00 to $20.00

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bellwood, IL 60104: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Leadership: 2 years (Preferred)
• Teaching or Instructing: 2 years (Preferred)
