Responsibilities Include: Idaho National Laboratory's National & Homeland Security (N&HS) Directorate is seeking a Workforce Diversity Program Manager to lead the development and expansion of new opportunities for engagements that strategically identify partnerships at targeted Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) organizations and minority serving institutions (MIS). N&HS seeks someone to identify customer-funded work scope that would support additional initiatives and opportunities for INL personnel in national and homeland security to act as mentors, technical speakers, and student networking advisors that are instrumental to student development. The development, execution, and implementation of these initiatives will directly support N&HS leadership and INL’s Talent Acquisition staff and synchronize complex project funding interdependencies across organizations. Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or PhD and 4 years of relevant experience. - Experience crafting workforce development and mentorship partnered with targeted STEM organizations, specifically focused on cybersecurity and diversity. - This position requires US Citizenship. Preferred Requirements: - Applicants with experience in infrastructure security, nuclear safety and surety, and working with the Department of Homeland Security will be particularly competitive.
