Job Description
As Card Service Team Leader at IDB, you will be responsible to lead operational support of the Credit and Debit Card products for the bank. Responsibilities detailed below, include systems, fraud reporting and partnership with the Product Owner to evolve and expand product.
Overall Card Support
- Familiar with and maintain all card product / program and credit policies, processes, and procedures
- Assist in processing credit card applications
- Able to research and respond to customer card issues
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of both State and Federal banking regulations
- Knowledge of Reg E
- Knowledge of BINs
Credit Cards
- Knowledge of credit card offerings and processing (including VISA and AMEX)
- Knowledge of FIS BASE2000, EZBusiness, MyCardStatements
- Card Reconciliation and Allocations - FIS OSAB
- Knowledge of VISA rules and reporting
ATM/Debit Cards
- Knowledge of Fiserv and JHA (will be our future system) ATM card systems
- Experience in ATM fraud, reporting and analytics
Check Verification
- Knowledge of Fiserv FraudGuard and/or Argo Oasis
- Experience with AppExtender(AX), Synergy imaging systems, Fiserv CWS and / or JHA 4Sight
Qualifications
- Formal experience in required systems as noted above
- Need to be available on weekends and Bank Holidays for card related issues
- Able to be a Team Player, and work independently and In coordination with the Team Leader
- Complete all work and projects accurately and timely
- Proactive in identifying areas of opportunity and offers ideas and suggestions for improvement
- Assist the department manager as needed
- Effective planning, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
- Able to communicate effectively and professionally via telephone and written communications
- Proven ability to multi-task effectively under pressure
- Windows-based applications (Microsoft Office Suite) experience preferred
