Job Description
- Input, verify, and release incoming and outgoing payments and book transfers.
- Perform funds approval function prior to completing payments.
- May perform ACH payment processing
- Handle any previous day transactions that have been returned by Bookkeeping.
- Assist in the investigation of same day payment transactions.
- Report any system or operational problems to the Vice President.
- Perform end-of-day system maintenance (only during the night shift).
- Perform disaster Recovery duties as assigned.

- Reports directly to the Operations Manager.

Qualifications
- College degree and/or 5 plus years in a financial/Bank operations environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Word and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organised
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Compensation
The expected annual salary for this position is between $65,000 and $70,000 at the start of employment. A salary offer is determined on an individualized basis, taking into consideration factors such as an individual’s skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision plans, life and disability insurance, employee wellness program, retirement and savings plans with employer contributions, generous holiday and paid time off schedules, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
