This Administrative Coordinator role requires strong attention to detail, solid organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility. The ideal candidate is forward thinking, innovative with the ability to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside the group.
Core Responsibilities
Organize, execute and assist with scheduling events and activities
prioritize and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure action required is addressed in a timely manner.
Drive employee engagement initiatives
Understand priorities and proactively look for ways to improve processes and create efficiency
Track and help drive completion of key actions and follow up on outstanding items
Assisting with a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks
Basic Qualifications
5 years of leadership support
Experience with Microsoft Office products and application
Ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Associate degree
Superior attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Experience leading process improvements
