What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Territory Representative position at Ideal Cabinetry?
The primary function of this position is to build and maintain relationships with our Home Center designers and store management. The rep will be responsible for the overall sales success of their designated stores.
Requirements:
- Ability to connect and build trust with your assigned stores
- Increase and maintain sales of our products
- Be able to train new associates at your store on the benefits of our product
- Follow a monthly training schedule that ensures consistent messaging to all of our Home Centers
Experience:
- Phone Sales
- High Call Volume
- Consistently Meeting Sales Goals
- Daily Reports on Contact Rates, Sales, and Other Metrics
