About Ideal Move: Ideal Move is dedicated to helping seniors through the downsizing and relocation process when they move to a smaller home. We manage and coordinate all aspects of the transition, from logistics planning, furniture placement design, packing and unpacking services, and organizing and setting up their new homes. We are not movers, we offer a high-quality concierge service.

Responsibilities: The objective of this role is to bring new business to ideal move through in-person meetings with referral partners and potential clients. The Business Development associate will achieve this by:
- Identifying and setting meetings with referral partners
- Developing and maintaining relationships with referral partners
- Networking within the industry
- Meeting with potential clients
- Presenting our solutions to our potential clients
- Gathering project requirements and presenting quotes
The service area is Jacksonville and St. Augustine, with the majority of that being Jacksonville.
