As a Business Development Representative you'll collaborate with marketing and sales teams to nurture a strong lead pipeline.

How You'll Contribute- Support the development and execution of outreach campaigns to attract new leads
- Research target accounts and coordinate strategic engagement plans
- Targeted promotion of events and webinars
- Support the development of target account plans annually
- Support the development and execution of outreach campaigns
- Support the development and management of drip campaigns
- Support lead generation and nurturing initiatives to meet established targets
- Maintain and monitor social media publishing and listening
- Work within Pardot and Salesforce to execute on digital marketing campaigns as delegated
- Maintain a positive, professional rapport with current and prospective clients
- Qualify incoming leads
- Use established MQL and SQL standards and make recommendations on adjustments as needed
- Research incoming leads for personalized engagement & connections
- Connect SDR and or other appropriate team members to leads ready to have a conversation
- Schedule meetings with prospects
- Collaborate with sales team to nurture and engage current and prospective clients
- Enter shared leads in the appropriate Partner Portal
- Maintain accurate records and organized assets
- Ensure Salesforce data is complete in Lead object
- Continually update contact records for strategic partner relationships
- Support data clean-up and segmentation efforts in Salesforce & Marketing Cloud Account Engagement
- Manage a list of assets for prospect nurturing
- Manage the social media calendar
- Create daily social media posts
- Plan social media calendar based on larger strategic initiatives
- Pull reports and analyze data
- Represent the company at industry events
Your Background Includes- Baseline Expectation:
- 2-3 years or more in sales, marketing, or prospecting role
- Previous experience with social media management
- Proven track record with providing research and analysis for decision making
- Ability to work autonomously in an outcome-based work environment
- Creative problem solver
- Be inquisitive and curious, ask lots of questions, and engage in critical thinking
- Strong collaboration skills including excellent written and verbal communication, engaging in active listening, and providing feedback
- Confidence with technology & online platforms, such as Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, and Asana
- Excellent presentation skills
- Detail-focused organizational and task management skills
- Strong relationship builder with the ability to quickly establish trust and rapport
- Extra Credit:
- Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, or HubSpot Experience with nonprofit business process or fundraising
- Working knowledge of consultative sales
- Digital Marketing degree, or other creative background
Business Development Representative is a full-time exempt role on the Marketing & Business Development Team and reports to the Head of Marketing & Business Development.

$50,000 - $68,000 a year
