We provide strategic advisory and business planning, pricing strategy, marketing, content creation and optimization, catalog management, inventory management, and reporting data and software for our diverse set of clients.

We’re an entrepreneurial organization that is growing fast and looking for an eCommerce Catalog Specialist to join our team!

In this role, you will be responsible for learning and understanding Amazon’s item data architecture and IDQ reports, resolving client issues and requests, while establishing and sustaining scalable processes to expedite ticket workflow.

At Ideoclick, we work as a distributed team. While we maintain a corporate presence in Seattle, WA; our employees have the flexibility to work from the location they choose, and we are open to this role living/working anywhere in the US.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver excellent client service through resolution of queue-based deliverables in a prompt, error-free, and professional fashion
  • Optimize and enhance detail pages using data quality reporting and behind the scenes catalog updates
  • Coordinate with written and visual creators, client managers, clients, and operations managers on key deliverables
  • Identify and develop internal process improvements to improve individual and team throughput
  • Audit work completed to ensure accuracy and completeness; recommend process improvements to minimize errors
  • Participate in cross-training activities to expand your own and the team’s knowledge and experience
  • Maintain strong and productive working relationships with key internal and external partners

What you’ve done:

  • Spent 5+ years successfully working in site merchandising or product maintenance
  • Worked within eCommerce or with Amazon
  • Utilized Excel heavily for data analysis and reporting
  • Ruthlessly prioritized competing deliverables in a dynamic environment

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
