About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and energetic individual who is committed to providing excellence in packaging solutions to fill the role of Packaging Specialist – Corrugated & Industrial Packaging Division out of our Everett, WA location. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining an existing customer base, as well as developing new relationships to help guide our customers to achieve the best suited products for their business and vision.

Established in 1982, Great Little Box Company is a family-owned and operated leading manufacturer of Labels, Corrugated Boxes & Displays, Folding Cartons, KBA, Digital Packaging, Protective Packaging, and the distribution of Shipping Supplies. Our courtesy shuttle bus provides transportation to many of our shifts.

Core Responsibilities:
- Maximize sales opportunities using sales techniques and creative solutions
- Develop and maintain existing relationships with all accounts assigned
- Follow an existing call cycle within account base
- Manage custom projects from design to delivery
- Represent GLBC, where our mission is to be our customers first choice for packaging by changing the game for service
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 3 years outside sales experience
- Print and Packaging manufacturing knowledge is an asset
- Proven track record of developing new business
- Proven track record of increasing sales and meeting sales quotas
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and strong technical skills is a must
- Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work in a true team environment
- Post-Secondary degree, Diploma or sales related courses are an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to foster and nurture professional relationships
- Sound judgement and decision making ability
