Job Title: Technical Support
Location: Smithfield, RI
Duration: 3 Months
** Ticketing experience is mandatory
Description:
- The primary function will be making phone calls to stores notifying them of vendor visits and tracking the calls on a spreadsheet.
- Other duties may be added to the workload.
- This team is opening and tracking communication tickets using Service Now Software.
- Managing vendor communications

Experience:
- Experience with IT Ticketing systems and Microsoft Office programs including Excel
Education:
- High school/ GED required technical training a plus
