IDIQ is seeking a dynamic and energetic Marketing Manager I to join our team. The Marketing Manager will leverage data, metric, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to generate creative ideas for demand generation. They will be responsible for generating enrollments for all B2B and B2C customer segments through profitable investments in all channels. This role is a critical member of the Marketing team and will work closely with marketing operations, creative, brand, content, and various agencies to continuously improve enrollments performance.
- Build and execute comprehensive B2B2C marketing plans including email, paid media, organic, social, and search.
- Develop B2B go-to-market plans to support product releases and launches.
- Maintain budgets, campaign performance, return on investment, and other channel metrics.
- Drive end-to-end quarterly media planning and lead/pipeline forecasts for your channels.
- Partner with the marketing team to improve reporting capabilities, refine the brand positioning, develop breakthrough creative, and improve processes and tools.
- Design and execute various methods for customer research and customer insights.
- Diversify media mix by launching newly onboarded vendors and help to research new vendors/ platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, technology, and operations to continuously improve enrollments volume.
- Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
- 4 years of demand generation and/or customer acquisition for high-growth companies
- Proficient with digital advertising platforms like Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, and Facebook Ads Manager
- Proficient with analytical tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio and Optimize required with a proven track record building audiences and gaining insights to drive decisions.
- Proficient with email service providers Marketo and Zoho
- Exceptional quantitative and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data, overcome data noise, and make data driven decisions.
- Develop and execute tactics to promote our brand to increase app downloads and website traffic.
- A strong communicator that can efficiently communicate takeaways and insights to drive improvements.
- Experience with G2 and other review sites
- Experienced in SaaS marketing.
- Experienced in B2B2C marketing, with a focus on lead generation and conversion.
- Excellent project management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines, comfortable with a fast-paced environment.

Position Details: This is a full-time, salaried position (40 hours/week).
Pay: The pay range for this position if the work is performed in California is a minimum of $65,000 to a maximum of $70,000 annually. The actual compensation offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
