IDR’s largest client is seeking a Administrative Assistant to join their team in Chattanooga, TN!
- This position is fully onsite in Chattanooga, TN. Must be local!
- Direct check requests and invoice processing, expenses, timekeeping, etc.
- Creating and editing PowerPoint presentations
- Experience with contract management
- Experience with creating DocuSign Documents
- Support with meeting and travel arrangements and coordinate calendar and department meetings when necessary.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Great planning and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office software suite required; Ability to quickly pick up new digital tools and technology is key to success.
- Previous secretarial/administrative work experience performed at a high level of proficiency in traditional office skills required
- Great time management skills, meet deadlines, and work well in a team environment.
