IDR is looking for hardworking, dynamic, and competitive outside sellers to join our existing Account Management team in our Dallas office. IDR’s Account Management position is our outside sales job and our first introduction to leadership at IDR. As an Account Manager, you are responsible for developing, retaining, and growing new client relationships while ensuring the highest level of quality service and satisfaction for our customers.
This role includes a 90-day Sales Development Representative training program where we will prepare you to prospect, market IDR’s services to customers and learn valuable leadership lessons that will enable you to thrive as an Account Manager.
Job Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of B2B outside sales experience
- Experience and proven success in a commission-driven environment
- Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member, making outbound calls every day
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and make new connections with prospects
- Experience using LinkedIn or other similar prospecting applications while keeping track of leads
- Must be an excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate in an exceedingly competitive environment
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead-generation methods in your target account list and/or sales territory
- Monitor and attend meetings with prospects while handling the introductions and follow-up with the prospective customers
- Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
- Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings
- Collaborate with sales teams by bringing innovative lead-generation ideas to each weekly meeting
- You will utilize a formalized sales cadence that enables multiple touch points across multiple sales mediums such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Cold-Calling and Emailing
